Mixing and mastering are 2 separate process with 2 separate rates. To really have both done competitively, they must be treated as such, which is why mastering is an upgrade to my gig. Mastering will be done in a different room of the studio with mastering specific gear and speakers. Mastering cost per gig is scaled by project length starting at 75$ per track for a single.
