- Your vocals should be recorded well and be as clean as possible

- Make sure everything has enough headroom for it to be mixed and mastered (NOT CLIPPING)

- Creative FX such as autotune should already be applied

- Avoid excessive levels of sub bass frequencies and harsh frequencies to allow for a clean mix and master
