Professional  Mastering is one of the most important elements to the finalization of a song.

Please be sure to upload your audio files according to the following format: WAV or AIF files, 44kHz (sample rate)/16 bit (sample size) or 48kHz/24bit. These files must be the final mix of the song with NO peak-limiter (e.g. normalizer, finalizer - L2, L3). Be sure to keep the overall level to about -6 dB. We cannot accept MP3s due to their low quality.

If your mix is bad your master will be as well.  You can't polish a turd.
